Temperature control system:
Temperature range: a. The first stage of polymerization from room temperature to 100℃. b. Polymerization middle section at room temperature ~200℃. C.. After polymerization, room temperature ~250℃.
2. Temperature control: 10-inch touch screen +PLC+ temperature control module, digital setting, with Taiwan SSR control, PID automatic calculation, LED display.
3. Temperature controller temperature control accuracy ±0.5%FS;
4. Products in normal operation: 40 ℃, 60 ℃, temperature + 3 ℃ and 85 ℃, 105 ℃, 125 ℃, 165 ℃, 210 ℃, the temperature difference between + 5 ℃
5. TFT LCD display, 1024*600 resolution, sensor universal input, 100ms sampling cycle, imported PID module, 0.1% control accuracy.
6. Paperless recording function, with 485 communication interface, can directly export the temperature curve.
7. Install 4-point electronic temperature detection in each temperature zone.
