Scope of application: Special model for high temperature curing after semiconductor solid crystal dispensing.
Equipment structure:
1. Single box round barrel structure design, electric control box is located on the right side of the machine.
2. The coated electric heater is used to heat the micro-high pressure gas circulating in the furnace, and then the air exchange function and exhaust gas are completed through the forced pressure outside the furnace body and the automatic circulation pressure relief, so as to maintain the pressure in the furnace is relatively higher than the external pressure; When the gas temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, the heater automatically stops heating, and when the temperature in the furnace is lower than the set value, the heater automatically starts to maintain the stable temperature in the furnace!
