VCO - 22-100 vertical hot air circulation drying machine

This equipment is for display glass, FPC products such as printing after drying special models.
The whole machine adopts vertical transportation layout, about two parts delivery, upper left to the lower right.
The machine size:
In size: D850mm W800mm * * H1700mm (furnace delivery cycle machine around 2 parts, the upper layer, 50 each storey height 30 mm, a total of 100 layer.)
Adjustable transport from 90 to 220 (J metal fixture: small W95 * L200MM, big W200 * L300MM).
Every 18 seconds in and out of a product, furnace bake for 30 minutes.
Temperature range: Max: 150 ℃, commonly used temperature 80 ℃, constant temperature to 80 ℃ about 20 minutes
