HSCO-10-36 tunnel hot air dryer

It is suitable for sintering of microporous layer of fuel cell gas diffusion layer at high temperature. The whole machine adopts tunnel horizontal conveying layout, built-in stainless steel roller and vertical air supply.
Complete machine
The coiling mechanism, high temperature sintering furnace and coiling mechanism are composed of three parts.
Machine size: Internal size: W1050mm*L45000mm*H800mm
1. External size: approx. W2276mm*L45000mm*H3800mm(reference size)
2. The device length is 45000mm or 5m.
Temperature control: Max:400℃, common temperature 350℃~390℃.
It takes about 60min from normal temperature to 390℃.
4 groups of heating systems every 5 meters, a total of 36 groups, each heating system independent temperature control, 2 groups of anti-overtemperature protection.
