SCO-4S LCD Batch Oven for LCD Manufacturing
Power: AC380V 3φ 50Hz 9kVA
Inner size: W800mm×D600mm×H1000mm
Outer size: W1380mm×D850mm×H1720mm (for reference only, customizing at your desire)
Temperature range: RT～200℃, RT～180℃ needs approximate 40 minutes (tested without loading)
Heat uniformity: ±2% (tested without loading), normally use 180℃
Temp. Controller: Adopt touch screen+PLC+temperature module + pressure sensor control, digital display and setting, PID automatic calculation, membrane setting, SSR output, with 9999 timer, etc.

- Inner material: SUS430# mirror finished stainless steel sheet.
- Outer material: SS41# steel sheet, baking after anti-rust treatment.
