The automatic bismuth needle forming and packaging production line is an automated equipment used for the production of bismuth needles or bismuth beads, including a bismuth needle (bead) forming machine and a multi-layer tunnel type hot air dryer. 1. Melting and conveying: The metallic bismuth is first melted in a melting pot, then pumped through a bismuth pump and delivered to the casting slot.

Forming and cooling: The molten bismuth liquid flows out from the casting slot's dispensing valve, passes through a former such as a stainless steel forming screen, and drips into a trapezoidal trough filled with cooling liquid (usually a mixture of water and additives). The formed bismuth needles slide onto a conveyor belt set at an incline, continuing to cool as they are gradually fed into the drying machine.
3. Drying and packaging: The bismuth needles enter a drying cylinder made of stainless steel plates rolled into a筒. The cylinder's entrance is equipped with an electric heater, and an internal spiral baffle is installed. The bismuth needles dry while moving forward inside the cylinder, also being dried by the hot air from the hot air blower. After drying, the bismuth needles flow into a packaging barrel for weighing and packaging.
