Introduction to material selection for various components of MOL series dust-free oven
A dust-free oven is a special drying equipment that provides a high-temperature purification environment. The air inside the oven is enclosed and self circulating, and is equipped with an enhanced fan motor to force air circulation and exchange. It is repeatedly filtered by a high-temperature resistant and efficient air purification filter to keep the drying chamber in a dust-free and clean state.
1. The outer box is made of SS41 # 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, which is empirically cleaned with soda water, degreased with oil, and sealed with argon welding during the manufacturing process. Inner bucket: made of SUS # 1.0mm mirror stainless steel plate, and cleaned with empirical soda water to remove oil stains and avoid particle formation during baking. Middle bucket: made of SUS # 1.0mm mirror stainless steel plate, and cleaned with empirical soda water to remove oil stains and argon welding sealing processing.
2. Insulation material: Made of 100K grade high-density and high insulation material produced by Zhongchang Glass Fiber Company.
3. The sealing strip adopts a solid T-shaped high-temperature resistant silicone strip for tight sealing, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
4. Adopting hidden door buckles and American style rear buttons, easy to open and close, beautiful and elegant.
5. High efficiency filter: HEPA filter is used to construct a clean room, with 99.99% effective filtration and a cleanliness level of up to level 100.
6. Layered structure design: The height of the inner box layer board can be adjusted and freely removed.
7. Temperature control instrument: Automatic temperature control, constant temperature and time control, equipped with automatic power-off and alarm circuit for overheating, reliable control, and safe use.
8. Electrical accessories: All use first-line brands, PID calculation temperature control system and over temperature protection device, intelligent constant temperature, small temperature difference, suitable for long and short baking of different products.
