MOL series dust-free oven Clean oven Installation, use and maintenance tips
1、 Installation location requirements:
1. A level and tidy floor is required;
2. Do not expose to flammable or corrosive gases;
3. Try to avoid direct sunlight and keep the ambient temperature below 40 ℃;
2、 Power installation requirements:
1. Connect the power according to the power specifications specified on the equipment nameplate;
2. The voltage fluctuation rate is within ± 5% of the rated value;
To avoid electric shock accidents, the machine itself must be grounded (according to the third grounding method of the electrician regulations, the grounding resistance should be below 100 Ω);
4. Do not connect the green grounding wire to gas or water pipes;
5. Do not share the grounding circuit between ovens with residual current circuit breakers and ovens without such devices.
3、 Operating requirements for dust-free ovens:
1. Nitrogen port: Before operation, nitrogen should be connected to the nitrogen port of the machine, and special attention must be paid to adjusting the N2 pressure to the appropriate flow rate before connection.
2. After placing the baked goods into the box, the storefront must be closed and the door latch must be securely fastened. The storefront safety switch must be activated before the machine can start smoothly.
3. The cooling exhaust outlet behind the oven should be connected to the exhaust system. If there is high temperature during cooling, the connecting pipe should be insulated to prevent burns or affect the working environment.
4、 Daily maintenance and methods:
1. Observe whether the pressure difference of the differential pressure gauge is within the normal range;
2. Check whether there is dust blockage in the high-efficiency filtration of the circulating air outlet, which can be determined from the value of the differential pressure gauge;
3. If the high-efficiency filtration of the air outlet is clogged with dust, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner to avoid blocking the air duct and affecting the uniformity;
4. Clean the inside of the box after baking every day, and be careful not to use dangerous cleaning agents such as alcohol to avoid explosions;
5. The repairman checks whether the current is normal and whether the fan is running normally;
6. Check if the thermostat is accurate. If not, adjust the static compensation or sensor correction value of the thermostat;
7. Check whether the heating tube is damaged and whether the circuit is aging;
8. Check whether the delay device is accurate and whether the error is allowed.
